Sunshine Air Repairs, LLC was established in 2018 in Plantation, Florida. Its senior technical leadership brings 37 years of hands-on aviation experience and remains actively involved in daily repair operations.

That matters when a unit is difficult, an aircraft is waiting or a recurring problem needs more than a scripted answer. Customers can reach a team that understands the component and can move the question toward a decision.

Sunshine Air Repairs repairs approximately 1,200 components annually under FAA Part 145 certificate 54RR449D. Its approved scope spans accessories, instruments, airframe and radio, with notable depth in Twin Otter components, electrical power, instruments, fuel systems, valves, pumps and actuation.

Sunshine Air Repairs creates opportunities for graduates of FAA Part 147 aviation-maintenance programs, including candidates building careers from communities with fewer traditional routes into aviation.
