Approved valve, pump and actuator listings under FAA Part 145 certificate 54RR449D, covering bleed air valves, booster and hydraulic pumps and linear actuators, released on FAA Form 8130-3 for eligible work.

Listings are drawn from the approved capability list current to June 2026. Acceptance of any individual unit still follows incoming evaluation, approved work scope and available technical data. Read the full notice.
Approved listings
Search the approved valve, pump and actuator listings below, or add a part number straight to an RFQ. If your unit is not on the list, send it anyway and the team will tell you whether it can be quoted or should enter technical evaluation.
What we actually do
Valves and actuators fail in ways a visual inspection will not show. A bleed air valve that looks serviceable can be out of tolerance at temperature, and a linear actuator that extends on the bench can still stall under load. Neither shows up without the right test setup.
Every unit is tested against the approved data on calibrated equipment, and the findings are recorded before a repair scope is quoted. You get the actual condition, the cost to correct it, and a clear statement of anything outside approved scope.
Before you send it
Yes. Bleed air valves are among the approved listings on this page and are repaired and overhauled under FAA Part 145 certificate 54RR449D, with FAA Form 8130-3 release for eligible completed work.
Actuators are tested against the approved technical data on calibrated equipment. What that test covers depends on the specific unit and the data available for it, which is confirmed at evaluation.
Send it. The published list is the approved capability list as amended. Units outside it are reviewed individually and you get a clear answer rather than silence.
Both appear in the approved listings. Fuel-specific pumps are also grouped on the fuel system components page if that is closer to what you have.
Eligible completed work is released on FAA Form 8130-3, with the teardown findings and the work performed documented. EASA and UK CAA references may be included when the applicable bilateral conditions are satisfied.
