What we actually do

A fuel pump is rarely just a pump.

Fuel system components come off with a symptom attached, not a diagnosis. A booster pump written up for low output is often a worn coupling, a contaminated filter or a wiring fault upstream, and quoting the pump alone leaves the aircraft in the same condition it started in.

Incoming evaluation covers the unit against the approved data, records what is actually wrong, and tells you what it will cost before any work starts. If the finding sits outside approved scope, you get that answer plainly rather than a slow no.

Before you send it

Fuel system questions.

Do you repair aircraft fuel pumps under FAA Part 145?

Yes. Fuel pumps, booster pumps and related fuel system components are repaired and overhauled under FAA Part 145 repair station certificate 54RR449D. Eligible completed work is released on FAA Form 8130-3.

Will I get an 8130-3 with a fuel pump overhaul?

FAA Form 8130-3 is issued for eligible completed work. Whether a given unit qualifies depends on incoming condition, the approved work scope and available technical data, which is confirmed during evaluation.

My fuel pump part number is not on your list. Can you still help?

Send it. The published list is the approved capability list as amended, and units outside it are reviewed individually. You will get a clear answer on whether it can be quoted now or needs technical evaluation.

Do you handle fuel probes and quantity transmitters?

Yes. Fuel probes, quantity transmitters and related indication components appear in the approved listings on this page and are quoted the same way as pumps.

How fast can you turn a fuel component for an AOG?

Call the AOG line at 954-806-2994. AOG handling is coordinated directly rather than through a queue, and turn time depends on incoming condition and parts availability.
